Once upon a time, in a kingdom far-far away there was 3 princesses who really love each other. One day, Princess Alya of Lea Bridge Palace was having a party to celebrate her father's birthday - King John. Princess Amalin of Waltham Forest Castle and Princess Hanan were invited. They had a good time and a lot of photography session using Princess Amalin's dad's nokia phone...  .

Pegi tengok bola.... (lagi..)

I was known (among friends and family) that my presence during football matches may cause my favourite team not to score or even worse, lose the game. I used to go away during live match on tele and come back to see the replay (after the score was declared). Yeah... it was that bad.
But, I was so determine to break the no-goal spell... and again, for the second time I was there at Emirates Stadium to watch the match. This time, Arsenal vs Blackburn (FA cup 5th round). Everything was perfect, nice view, noisy crowd, Arsenal attacked from left and right, Blackburn midfield was sporadic, weather was mild and I even got free Arsenal scarf! (winter scarf...not skaf rambut)
... but again after 93 minutes, no goal! (kalau tengok live kat tv ni mesti ada gol ni...)
Nevermind, at least they did not lose it and there was a good sign that my misfortune is wearing off. Perhaps I'll be lucky next time... third time lucky...

Ini gambar semasa game Arsenal vs CSKA Moscow (Champion League). Memang sejuk malam tu sampai mat saleh yang duduk sebelah pun menggeletar... inikan pula kita.. huhuhu!
Gambar-gambar semua long distance maklumlah kamera takde zoom. Anyway siapa yang tengok bola tentu tau yang jersi merah tu Arsenal dan yg gelap tu CSKA Moscow. Arsenal could have won 10-1 that night tapi CSKA yang bermain defensive (plus a few lucky save) berjaya menamatkan match 0-0. Entertaining night for those yang suka attacking football tapi anti-climax sebab takde goal....
Anyway, at the time gambar-gambar ni di upload, Arsenal telah pun layak ke pusingan kedua bakal menentang PSV Eindhoven.

Another year just passed. Thanks to my daughter (Amalin), and my army (Amirul and Azri) for the celebration (especially the cards!). Not to forget my beloved wife who managed to come out with cake (walaupun sibuk dengan tugas harian...). Thanks and I really mean it.

Raya 2006
|
|
Kami berhari raya awal sehari (isnin) berbanding Malaysia (selasa) - puasa pun awal sehari di UK. Tahun ini warna pilihan ialah Gold. Rancangan awal untuk berhari raya lebih 'simple' berbanding tahun lepas terutama sekali disebabkan hari raya jatuh pada hari bekerja...
Tapi rancangan tinggal rancangan, seperti tahun lepas juga, kami berhari raya sakan dari pagi sampai malam - pegi 'open house' hingga lewat malam - balik rumah jam 12.25 pagi...
Oleh kerana kepenatan, next day, Amalin, Amirul dan Azri bangun lambat.... suatu perkara yang jarang berlaku (selalu bangun 6.30am diorang ni..)

Summer 2006 - Strawberry picking

This is the best strawberry picking I ever been (err.... so far..hehe).
Ladang ni ada banyak fruits lain jugak and vegetables tapi tak sempat nak ambik gambar sebab dah sibuk 'makan'....
Konsep PYO (pick your own) is very popular kat sini. Most of the time makan dalam tu free... nak bawak balik baru timbang and bayar... kesimpulannya.. nyum! nyum!
